Hélène Walter
Soprano
Hélène Walter was trained at the Swiss Music Schools where she graduated with the highest distinctions. She is a laureate of various international competitions in Italy, Portugal and Switzerland, among others.
She has performed at the Müpa in Budapest, the Palau de la musica in Barcelona and the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées under the direction of Marc Minkowski, Fabien Gabel and Jean-Claude Malgoire.
In Mozart’s opera, she played Pamina (Die Zauberflöte), Sandrina (La finta giardiniera), Susanna, then the Countess (Le Nozze di Figaro). There is also Mélisande (Pelléas et Mélisande, Debussy).
The baroque, classical, romantic and contemporary concert repertoire is also dear to her. She has performed Bach’s Mass in B, the Passions, the Christmas and Easter Oratorios, notably with the musicians of the Louvre, Spirito, the Orchestre d’Auvergne and the Pygmalion ensemble.
She made two first recordings at the prestigious Château de Versailles with the Chapelle Harmonique and more recently with the Chapelle Rhénane.
Hélène Walter has perfected her skills with Teresa Berganza, Alessandra Rossi and Raul Gimenez.
