Love, the most powerful of feelings. It can set you free, enslave you, quickly turn to hate, lead to despair or bliss. The idea of this evening is to show the endless power of love personified by a singer, the carefree Cupid, blinding people with his love, uniting and separating them at will. The capricious Cupid makes use of the human desire to find one\'s soul mate, creating couples only to break them up later. The result is a chaos of feelings that borders on madness. We would like to take our audience on a journey through a whirlwind of feelings seen through the kaleidoscopic prism of baroque music. The triumphs and tragedies of kings, queens and mere mortals are as close to us today as they were when the Baroque masters created them.
